OKRnest has a desktop layout with a collapsible sidebar and a mobile layout with a bottom navigation bar. Both give you quick access to all the key areas of the application.
Desktop sidebar
The sidebar on the left is your primary navigation on desktop. From top to bottom it contains:
Organization selector: Shows your current organization. Click to switch between organizations or add a new one.
Home: Your personal dashboard with recommended actions, team overview cards, and the activity feed.
Explore: A cross-organization view where you can browse all OKRs, view the alignment map, and see point-in-time snapshots.
Teams: A list of all teams in the organization. Click the arrow to expand the team tree and see child teams. Each team links directly to its OKR Manager.
Update OKR progress: A personal view showing all key results assigned to you across teams, so you can update progress in one place.
Your Teams: An expandable section listing only the teams you belong to, with direct links to each team's status view.
Settings: Visible to admins and owners only. Access organization settings, user management, OKR settings, security, and subscription.
The sidebar can be collapsed to an icon-only view using the toggle button at the bottom. When collapsed, hovering over Teams or Your Teams shows a flyout menu with the full team list.
Breadcrumbs bar
At the top of every page, a breadcrumbs bar shows your current location in the app (e.g. Home → Teams → Product → Q2 2026). On the right side of this bar you'll find the Help icon. Click it to open the help center panel.
Mobile navigation
On mobile devices, the sidebar is replaced by a bottom navigation bar with five tabs:
- Home: Your dashboard
- Teams: The teams list
- Update: A prominent center button for updating your key results
- Explore: The cross-organization OKR view
- Settings: Profile and app settings
The mobile home page also includes a top header with the OKRnest logo, a feedback button, a help button, and your profile avatar.
Help center
The help center is a side panel that opens from the right side of the screen. You can open it by clicking the lifebuoy icon in the breadcrumbs bar (desktop) or the top header (mobile).
The help panel includes:
- Category browsing: Articles organized by topic
- Search: Find articles by keyword
- Contextual suggestions: Each page suggests relevant help articles automatically
