Version 1.0 Last updated: April 29, 2026
This document lists the Sub-processors that Bantero AB (“Bantero”) engages to process Personal Data on behalf of Customers in connection with the OKRnest service (the “Service”). This list is maintained in accordance with Section 7 of the OKRnest Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
Bantero will update this list at least thirty (30) days before any new Sub-processor begins processing Personal Data, as described in Section 7.3 of the DPA. Customers who have a reasonable, documented objection to a new Sub-processor may exercise their objection right under Section 7.4 of the DPA.
Current Sub-processors
| Sub-processor | Entity country | Processing location | Purpose | Data processed |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (AWS) | Luxembourg | EU (Frankfurt, eu-central-1) | Cloud infrastructure hosting, compute, storage, and database services | All Customer Data, including Personal Data of Admins, Users, and content data |
| Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) | United States | EU (data residency) | Error monitoring and application logging | Technical diagnostic data, including user identifiers, browser/device metadata, and application state at the time of an error. Bantero applies a data minimisation strategy before transmission: IP addresses are not submitted, and Personal Data in error payloads is stripped or reduced to pseudonymous identifiers wherever technically feasible. |
| Devrex AB | Sweden | Sweden | Infrastructure management and database administration | All Customer Data, including Personal Data of Admins, Users, and content data |
Note on AI Features: AI Features in the Service are powered by Amazon Bedrock, which is part of the AWS infrastructure listed above and does not constitute a separate Sub-processor. AI inference requests may be processed across AWS EU regions (not limited to eu-central-1) but all processing remains within the EU/EEA. No Customer Data is used to train AI models. The obligations in Section 8 (AI-Specific Processing) of the DPA apply.
