Frequently asked questions
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to the new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
You can always upgrade to a paid plan or go from Startup to Business and downgrade if the experience doesn't meet your needs. Flexibly add and remove extra seats as needed.
How does the Alignment module work?
The Alignment module lets you connect objectives and key results across teams and levels. It shows how team OKRs contribute to company-wide strategy, giving leaders a clear map of execution progress.
What happens when I exceed the user limit?
Owners and admins can invite users to your organisation as long as there are available seats. When you hit your seat limit, the organisation Owner can easliy add additional seats in bundles of 5 at the set plan pricing.
Do you offer annual billing?
We believe in the largest amount of possible flexibility and do not offer annual billing at this time.
What payment methods do you accept?
Billing is managed from inside OKRnest with credit card. For larger organisations, we can arrange invoicing and payment terms. Please contact support from inside OKRnest.
