For me, OKRs have always been about people and how clarity in goals and focus can transform everyday work life.
I have spent years working with teams across industries, watching the same pattern repeat: talented people pouring energy into work that never quite connects to the bigger picture. The frustration was always the same: not a lack of effort, but a lack of alignment.
OKRs changed that for me. When done right, they give teams a shared language for ambition. They turn abstract strategy into something tangible and something every person in the organisation can contribute to and see the impact of.
With OKRnest, I want to make that experience accessible to every team, regardless of size or maturity. Not another dashboard, but a tool that genuinely helps people work better together.
