Questions about the API

Which plans include the API?

API access is included on the Startup and Business plans. See the pricing page for what each plan covers.

Can the API create OKRs, or only update them?

Both. Cycles, objectives and key results can be created, changed and removed through the API, not only updated with new values.

Can the API give full history and comments?

Yes. You can read every recorded value with its date, together with the comments and traffic lights people set along the way.

Can we use it from Zapier, or from an assistant like Claude?

That is what the MCP server is for. It connects OKRnest to Zapier and to assistants that speak MCP, and it comes with the same plans as the API. Use the API when one of your own systems should do the writing on a schedule.

Where is the data processed?

In Europe. OKRnest is built, hosted, and all data processed in Europe, and API traffic is handled the same way as the rest of the product. Details are in the Trust Center.
