Niklas has more than 10 years of experience in guiding organisations through OKR implementation and making sure it doesn't stop with goal forumlation - but carries forward into new habits and results far after the consulting engagement has ended.
His passion for clear direction driven by goals began as a manager of teams and the realisation off what power OKRs can bring to even in smaller setting.
